Ahmet Doğan, is born in Izmir, 28th of July 1968, grew up near Munich, Germany.
Following his education in economics Mr. Doğan has worked in London in the insurance industry for over five years and has gained experience in underwriting and risk analysis.
He was the General Manager of Sigma Risk Consultants (TR), an Ankara based political, societal and security risk management company, General Manager of Chicago based Sigma Business Services Corp (USA). He has also been a Managing Partner in an energy sector publication called Energy IQ and defense sector publication called C4Defence which provide insight and exclusive information and verified data to it’s subscribers.
For over twenty years he has participated in developing and managing the security risk management, public affairs and government relations for projects in energy, security, defense and infrastructure.
Mr. Doğan has worked together in projects with companies such as Amylum, AdTrans, AeroSpatiale, Ansaldo-STS, Deloitte, Mott MacDonald, Siemens Business Services, SNC-Lavalin, Statkraft, Symantec, Turkcell, Vodafone, Willis Insurance, Zurich Insurance and international organizations such as Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA), Japan External Trade Organization (JETRO), several Embassies and Defense Attaché Offices.
Apart from his business activities he is currently an advisor to international organizations, corporations as well as government agencies.
