Suleman was born in Kumasi, Ghana and resident in the capital city Accra. After completing Bsc in Civil Engineering in KNUST, Ghana, and rendered national service with Department of Urban Roads, he branched out to work in the Haulage industry for 2 years.
Being curious and adventurous in nature, Suleman took up the opportunity to study Msc, Petroleum and Natural Gas Engineering in ITU, Turkey, where he had a rich multi-cultural exchange and developed a keen interest in the petroleum industry owing to various technical field trips and laboratory works.
Upon his return to Ghana, Suleman has been working with SRI EMAS, the first indigenous subsea construction services provider in the country. This is giving him incredible knowledge and first-hand technical experience in tie-ins of oil and gas wells to floaters, construction of gas export sea lines, project management (EPIC and T&I projects) and mentorship of interns.
