1)Introduction
Geothermal energy is form of energy derived from the heat of the earth’s core. As seen on the Picture1 below; heat flows from the inner core to the crust of the earth. Basically, by this heat flow the underground water is heated by convectively or conductively. As a result, depending on the reservoir conditions, heated water (geothermal water) or steam forms, for our usage.
